SHIPPING TIME & CARRIERS Most orders will ship within 3-7 business days from the time payment is received. Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an automated email with delivery tracking information when your item ships. We strive to ship multiple purchase items together and complete. in the event that your purchase is split-shipped, we will notify you.

TRANSIT TIME We do our best to ship your package in a timely manner. Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Allow 1-2 weeks for domestic packages. Transit times are provided by the carrier. They exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

SHIPPING TO APO/FPO DESTINATIONS We do ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We must attach a customs declaration form to your package. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery on overseas purchases. You are responsible for any tariffs or taxes.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY The number of available items is limited and changes daily due to the fact that they sell rapidly. Therefore, the in-stock quantities shown for this item may not represent actual quantities. We do have an order fulfillment rate greater than 99%. RETURN POLICY Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. If you would like to return a product from your order please contact us at info@violetlilly.com. Product must be in its original and unopened condition. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

In case original packaging is not available to be returned, a restocking charge of 20% will apply even in cases where a return has been authorized by VioletLilly.com.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
